Once you have decided to progress, we can answer any questions you might have and even help you access independent mortgage advice if you need it.
On moving day, we will ensure you know how everything works, so you’re ready to hit the ground running. If you have any issues or teething problems, we have a dedicated team on hand to help and we’ll ensure you have all the contact details you need.
We are pleased that our customers’ homes are protected by the 10-year NHBC Buildmark policy; the first two years of which are covered directly by us with our 24-hour Customer Care cover. NHBC Buildmark provides deposit protection from the point of exchange, and after the first 2 years provides a further 8 years structural defects insurance.
