Part-Time Job Share Receptionist Required

Dawn Homes are looking to recruit a reliable and well-organised Receptionist to join our team in Glasgow.

Duties include greeting and assisting visitors, managing the switchboard, distributing mail and providing ad hoc administrative support for departments when required.

Working hours are 1.00pm – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. This is a job share position where candidates will be expected to work full time on occasion to cover holidays and absences.

Candidates should be courteous, confident and focused on providing a consistent high standard of customer service. A smart appearance and first-class telephone manner are essential. You must demonstrate initiative and possess excellent communication skills as well as excellent administrative skills. Previous experience would be advantageous.
