Moving into a new build property makes operating and maintaining your home simpler, smarter and safer than most second hand properties, as your home has modern controls, energy efficient technology and easy to operate fixings installed.

This short video explains how everything functions to ensure you get the most out of your new Dawn home. It covers many topics, including how to program your central heating and hot water, registering all of your appliances to make sure you receive your manufacturer warranty, and operating windows, doors, loft hatches and more.
