We are delighted to have once again been recognised in the NHBC Health and Safety Awards. Well done to the team at Regatta View in Fairlie and good luck in the finals on the 7th July.
On Saturday, 25th of February, we officially launched our latest development, Croftfield Park, in Glasgow’s Croftfoot. This beautiful development of 2 and 3 bedroom terraced and semi detached homes attracted high levels of interest and is very clearly located in a hugely popular and desirable part of the city. Croftfoot is, of course, a long and well established residential area with excellent amenities and transport connections.
It’s celebrations all round for Dawn Homes after receiving multiple awards at the NHBC Health and Safety Awards 2016 for the third year in a row. Not only were we commended for three sites, but we were highly commended for Burngreen and Annick Gardens. Our delighted team at Annick Gardens also struck gold in the final stage as they were crowned Best Site from the Medium Builder category by no other than Eddie ‘The Eagle’ Edwards! To win the ultimate award is a huge achievement so well done to Derek Biggans and his team at Annick Gardens.
To put things in perspective:
There are a lot of people involved in building a new home and we’re delighted when some of the unsung heroes involved are recognised. That was the case recently when three of our team won at the NHBC Health & Safety Awards. Alan Murphy won for our Villafield development, Craig Shankley at Burngreen Brae and Derek Biggans at Annick Gardens. The safety and wellbeing of our staff is something we take very seriously at Dawn Homes so it’s pleasing when this is recognised on a national stage.
