
We are proud to announce that Dawn Homes has achieved the 2020 Gold Award for customer satisfaction along with the Outstanding Achievement Award, which was a survey carried out by In-House Research, who are a new build research and consultancy specialist.
Based on survey results from our customers, we are delighted that 96% of our customers would recommend us and we achieved a Net Promoter score of 78.5 - a system used to gauge customer satisfaction.
This demonstrates a clear understanding of our customer journey and recognises that our continued focus is on the delivery of a fantastic customer experience.
